Hi guys,

there are days, where my scalp gets really dry, irritated and really oily. Depends on the temperature as well as the stress, both can cause these two unpleasant hair/scalp conditions. Recently I got the Tea Tree Shampoo* by Urtekram, which I had received to test out and review here on my blog as well as on my Insta (nika_bittner).

Basically it's a natural organic shampoo with a liquid slightly yellow shade consistency and has a mild tea tree scent, as I know, some of you may not like or prefer tea tree products, due to its strong unpleasant scent.

BUT I can just recommend pure tea tree oil for any kind of imperfections (yep as well the nasty pimple on your nose or chin:)) or products, like Urtekram's Tea Tree Shampoo*, which doesn't leave your hair just fresh more than 4 days and calm down your scalp to avoid dry out during summer or winter season or to prevend your hair producing extra oil.

 Urtekram "Tea Tree Shampoo"* - 6.95€ / 250ml

The anti-bacterial combination of organic aloe vera, tea tree oil, lavander oil, vitamine E as well as glycerine makes the perfect blend for  a natural scalp moisture as well as super hydrated hair during summer! I can recommend it also to colored blonde hair (like mine) as it doesn't leaves a yellow touch, which some natural shampoos quite does, depends on the ingredients.

Have you too struggled with dry irritated scalp or that you hair gets more oily than usual?! If you're searching for a good tea tree shampoo, which isn't just a natural as well as organic product but also doesn't have the strong tea tree scent?! Than maybe this shampoo could help you too!:)

Hi guys,

I've been wearing this very comfy and classic striped long skirt (long! usually I wear short ones:)) and felt like back in the 70s or more like Dorothy of Oz. It's a beautiful cotton striped skirt, and as I'm quite addicted to stripes, this is my fav' since a long time wearing a skirt again.

H&M striped cotton (long) skirt - got for 14.99 € instead 29.99€!

I just really, really love this skirt!!!! It matches perfectly with a comfy pair of leather sandals and a plain simple white tee or you could wear it with a short blouse or top, which would create this kinda 50s style day outfit. Worth to know, if you're interested in this skirt, that you should probably try on a size smaller than usual! Like I'm normally European 36 (which is S) but for this skirt I got 34, a whole size smaller! I guess it should fit you better too like I've fit much better in a size smaller.

As it's recently SALE all around the world, it's worth to check out all your fav' places to shop as well as hidden small boutiques to find pieces you've not thought about finding them!:) And as well to buy some pieces in mainstream places, doesn't mean you can't create your own style!

Hi guys,

today I'm maybe showing you already a product, which I've used in the past as well as mentioned already a while ago here on my blog. It's the "Skin Food" cream by Weleda, which comes in a very clever tube, as it's not made of plastic (just the opening cup) and simply a very rich and natural multi-purpose cream.

Now let me tell you, that I've been using it in the past mostly on my dry and flacky hands as well as on my face during winter time, which caused me quite a few breakouts, therefore I stopped using it on my face quite a while ago and just used it on my hands. After I run out of it, I had simply to many other creams, that I completely forgot to re-buy it (for about 2 years!!!!).

Recently I fully used up one of my fav' eye moisturizers, which made my dark eye circles and puffed eyes look gorgeous after a proper night nap. But unfortunately as I'm not living in Prague anymore, and here in Austria, we don't have it I was searching for a good eye cream and haven't been lucky to found one, which would be filled with natural ingredients, be in the middle-class price range, etc. etc.

Therefore I browsed all over the shelves in our local drugstore and found a good old friend - the "Skin Food" cream by Weleda, which showed me clear, that I found the right product, to moisturize, nourish and pamper my eye lids and dark circles while dreaming at night, and don't forget to mention the nice herbal scent, which really calms me down!

I've re-purchased this classic product and use it now just as an eye care, if you'd use it just for your eyes it lasts quite a long time and that's quite great for the price!:) But I wouldn't recommend it to all of you, who tends to get really oily and acne-prone skin, as it's really an oily cream and thicker than liquid kind of moisturizers:

That's the reason, why I'm using it just during my night care routine, as it would be to greasy for wearing it under your makeup (unless you've very dry facial skin, than just go for it and use it during your morning care routine as well - will gives you the needed moisture and care!). I mean it absorbs really fast but still it leaves at least my normal skin really shiny (not just on my arm, which tends to be more dry than my eye area).

All in all it's my little beauty secret to use Weleda "Skin Food" cream for my eyes, to keep them moisturized and avoid any wrinkles or dark circles!:)

Hi guys,

Smoothies have been mainly on my snack list the last 2 weeks and I've quite tried a lot of different versions during the last days. This watermelon & mint smoothie is actually really in season and simple to create. I basically came to the idea after receiving a bunch of fresh mint stems from my sister's garden and as I love fresh brewed mint tea as well as the true natural mint flavour I though to simply give it a try and felt in love with the hydrating sweet melon taste!

What you'll need for this smoothie:

1-2 cups of fresh watermelon (cut in small cubes)
1-2 fresh stems of mint (use just the leaves)
1/2 cup of cooled fresh brewed mint tea (made of fresh mint leaves)
1 blender of your choice (I've used as usually my beloved Breville Blend Active personal blender)

This is a smoothie, which is super hydrating but not filling! I would recommend it during your meals just while having a small salad or other kind of snack as a healthier version of juicing.

Let me know, whether you like this watermelon & mint combination or whether you've tried it with another herb - maybe lavender?!

Hi guys,

I've been recently quite often in our swim hall (well not exactly our own but our local, you know?!:)) and I've switched between my ton one piece swimsuits (well I've a lot bikinis as well as one pieces, you can't get enoug!) and found this one piece swimsuit*, a real gem, which I've not worn quite a lot and received a couple weeks, well years back from Diva by Rachel Pappo Swimwear, which are high-end, durable and just feel unique on your body (like you feel quite better with them, but pssssst don't say it any other person:)).

This one actually feels quite loose (even if it doesn't look on the picture:)) I guess I will wear it with shorts or during sun baths (and I don't mean actually traditional sun baths more the kind of hanging out in the garden etc. as I avoid staying to long in front of the sun:)).

I do like the shape of it as well as the high-end fabric, which Diva by Rachel Pappo Swimwear is actually using for their swimsuits. And isn't the Espadrilles pattern just cute?!

Hi guys,

I've been recently wearing a lot different pastel summer shades but as you may know I'm usually wearing red or glitter/metallic gold/rosegold nail polishes, therefore this Precious - Shine Like You've Never Shined Before "Gold Vermeil" kit* from Jessica Phenom totally hit my nerves!:)

Basically this kit* contains all 3 products, which you will need to create the glossy and shiny homemade professional manicure, which lasts approx. 10 days. Of course you could switch between 42 different Jessica Phenom shades, but this "Gold Vermeil" is totally my shade! I love it, it's not too much but still special, reminds me on good old Hippie Days in the 70s (were I wasn't even born, but I guess it must have been like this polish:)).

The packaging itself is very clean and the back reminds me on Swan Lake, which reminds me totally December - could be even a perfect gift during next festive days!

Jessica Phenom - Precious Shine Like You've Never Shined Before "Gold Vermeil" Kit* 29.90 € (here)

All in all this kit* has won my heart. I'm not sure, whether it's really THE Shine, which I've never had before (as there are some polishes in my collection, which shines as well quite damn well) but this is just great as a starter Jessica Phenom starter kit, as it contains basically all 3 products (which I've already mentioned or, whoops:)).

Did you've tried out this kit or even another Jessica Phenom nail polish yet?!

Hi guys,

as you may know, I'm drinking most of the time tea. Beside regular black tea, I switch between spice, fruity or herbal blends - depends on the season, temperature as well as my own mood.

Clipper-Tee High Tea "Carefree" herbal tea* - 16.00€ / 110g

The Clippers Tea from the High Tea range called "Carefree"* is filled with a herbal blend of:

The loose "Carefree"* herbal tea blend is packed within a paper tin, which shows as well the instruction, how much you'll need to enjoy a nice cup of "Carefree"* tea with the right amount of teaspoons:

This herbal tea really calms down after a stressful day or even helps to fall asleep, while having still a heavy head. I also enjoy it cold with a slice of orange (basically like herbal iced tea) during hot days.

Clipper Tee high-end "Carefree" herbal tea* is a great healthy beverage, which tastes just delicious  like its golden shade.

Hi guys,

it's been quite a while ago since I've used tinted lip balms. Actually I've not worn any tinted lip balms over the last year except my apricot lip balm, which had a light orange shade.

Most of the time I'm using lipsticks, I've never been a fan of lip glosses, therefore you'll hardly find any in my makeup collection, I'm more a traditional lipbalm type of woman, who prefers translucent balms with a nice scent or flavour, depends how you'd describe it:) and actually I'm also really easy to win, if the packaging looks cute.

Weleda Lip Balms* - 6.95 € / each

After recently receiving the 3 new tinted lip balms from Weleda, I've knew these look really cute, they absolutely won my heart just with the packaging. But of course I had to try them out and see how they look like, before judging or even pre-judging a really nice packed product.

Beside the very cute packaging I was really into its texture, it's not too glossy (as mentioned I don't really like lip glosses, which are sticky, greasy and leave just an unpleasant smudge on your lips) and it doesn't stick even, it feels really more like a creamy and a bit more thick lip balm. I guess, therefore it's called lip balm as it's a balm not a gloss product.

The shape of the applicator is similar or even the same like other lip balm applicators in a tube but to be honest I'm not applying it directly on my lips, as it's much easier to use a small amount on your finger or lip brush and it also makes it last longer instead run faster out of date due to hygienic reasons.

Weleda Lip Balm "Rose":

Weleda Lip Balm "Nude":

Weleda Lip Balm "Berry Red":

Each of Weleda's tinted lip balms* are available in good stored drugstores and pharmacies or online (here).

I'm really into the shade "Rose"*, as it's a pink/rose color, which isn't too pinkish and not too grandma rose - just gives you a nice shade to your own natural lip shade.

How about you?! Have you already tried one of Weleda's lip balms*?!
