RECIPE - AUTUMN SPICY CHICKPEA CHILLI

Hi everyone,

I've been browsing in the net and didn't find the right recipe, therefore I've been smashing together all spices I had (literally ALL;)) and tried to create another version of a chilli without meat, without tofu, without regular black/white/red beans and instead I've used my fav' chickpeas:


First of all you need to cut all your non-cooked veggies, to put them into the pot and boil them in hot water until they are completely or mid-soft.


Ingredients:

1 big white onion
5-8 carrots
2 tomatoes
1 can chickpeas
Spices: 1 tsp. ground caraway/cumin, 1 tsp. white pepper, 1 tsp. ground ginger, 2-3 tsp. smoked paprika, 1 spoon of salt


After the "chilli" got this consistency, it's really ready to serve with a slice of white ciabatta bread or corn rolls.


Well it's not looking on the first sight like a delicious meal but it's such a good autumn comfy dish, which an be served to guest too!;)
