Autumn Baking #1 (Cranberry Cake & Salad)

Hi guys,

I've recently fall in love with autumn/fall bakin' goods and food and I've tried two lovely and super-duper easy recipes from scratch!:)


The first is a lovely fresh autumn/fall Cranberry salad, which I've made just with one fresh apple, soft green pear, fresh cranberries, dried cranberries, cooked durum wheat like here, 1-2 tablespoons of red balsamic vinegar (balsamico) and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 dash of sea salt (used this) and 1 dash of pepper.

The second recipe is something for my sweeth tooth - it's a cake - what else?!:) Made with fresh cranberries of course, 1-2 tablespoons of Herbaria Ginger&Bread spice*, 1 dash of salt (as well sea salt), 1 pack of Dr. Oetker Bourbon Vanilla Sugar, 1 dash or squeeze of Dr. Oetker real Bourbon Vanilla, 1-2 sticks of real high-quality butter, 1 half cup of (skimmed) milk and 1-2 cups of full wheat flour. - I've used a simple and classic handmixer by Bosch to create a fluffy consistency without a kitchen machine:)!.
